FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE

1 loaf French Bread cut into 1-inch cubes (or 8 slices of sturdy white bread)
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange bread on the bottom. In large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour mixture over bread cubes, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake for 40 minutes.
