Some days I may not feel like cooking, but don't want the same ol' thing. Here's an earsy recipe that uses commen sense and precious little of your time. Parmesan Pork Chops~ Heat oven to 450. Dredge chops thru flour, 2 whisked eggs then bread crumbs (mixed w\salt & grated Parmesan). Heat olive oil in large skillet over med heat. Cook until golden, 1-2 min on each side. Place on baking sheet. Bake until heated through, 8-10 mim.
